The Society has grown, and its objectives and ambitions are growing. The Executive Board (EB) and The Board of Councilors (BoC) have been renewed after some delays related to Covid pandemics and we are now ready to undertake more action.
First, we want to be more effective in communication, giving the Communication Task Force all the digital instruments to share BNCT relevant topics among the Society but especially outside. BNCT is now flourishing in many Countries, and we should take the moment to show the benefits and the advancements of these efforts. Then, we want to act as a scientific hub for the Members, organize more events, help young researchers in mobility and offer more opportunities such as prizes. These are typical activities of health scientific societies, and to sustain these ISNCT needs a stable budget. For this reason, at the last in-presence meeting of the ISNCT boards in Krakow, BoC approved the EB proposal to introduce a membership fee.
1st ISNCT ANNUAL MEETING 2025
April 24th, 12 CET (10 UTC):
Before, the Constitution of ISNCT considered members all those attending one in the previous three ICNCT, being the fee of the Congress discounted for members. However, we have recently renewed the Constitution finally separating the Society government from the Congress Organizing Committee. The EB thus proposed to collect membership fees, with advantages for members, that will generate a budget for Society life. The amount of the fee is detailed below for the different situations.
The EB has worked to find solutions to make the payment as easy as possible for all the members around the world. First, we have generated the possibility to pay using a credit card. Then, we have decided to link the fee to an online event, which will be held on 24 April 2025 at 12:00 CET, and to release a regular participation certificate to those who will attend. In this way, each member can obtain a refund of the fee as in a normal conference from their institutions. The estimated duration is approximately 2 hours.
We hope to collect many presences at the event, however if some of you cannot attend online, we can provide the recordings to the new members (along with the certificate). The link to participate will be shared upon registration.

This payment is regarded as the “Annual fee of the ISNCT” and simultaneously the “Registration fee for the 24th web meeting”
