Guidelines and Resources

Speakers, poster presenters and chairs: please check the instructions you will find here to know how to deal with the virtual platform during the meeting.

Guidelines for talks, poster and lighting talks

TALKs:
Talks will be done live. Once the program is out, you will know the day and time of your talk, to be ready. You will be able to share your screen, so we do not need the slides in advance.
Information: 10 minutes talk + 5 minutes questions. Recommended aspect ratio 16:9

POSTERs+LIGHTING TALKs (Deadline 3rd November):
Poster: Posters will be available for checking during the whole meeting, but you will have to be next to your poster for possible questions during your session (the different sessions will be shown in the program).
Information: All posters must be uploaded as single-page PDF files.
Recommended file size is under 2MB.
Posters should be in landscape format (horizontally oriented) in 16:9 aspect ratio.
Do not include any URLs or hyperlinks.
Once uploaded, a file can be previewed or replaced after the deadline by using the same link. Only the most recent file received will be used during the event.
Lighting Talks: For those contributions accepted as posters, we strongly recommend to send a lighting talk. A lighting talk is the new era abstract. Explain in a couple of minutes who you are and what is your poster about. This is the trailer of your contribution!!
Information: Video files are a maximum 5 minutes in length, we recommend 1-2 minutes. Video files should be in .mov or .mp4 format
