The YBNCT meeting 2022 will be held in the Virtual chair metaverse.
Virtual Chair creates metaverses in which to organize interactive conferences, allowing the users to experience social interactions in the virtual settings as natural as in real-life events.
Our aim is to maximize interactions between the young researchers from all over the world who will be attending the congress.
We hope you find this platform as interesting and exciting as we do, and we look forward to meeting you at the virtual venue!
Instructions:
- Use a PC or Mac computer (mobiles or a tablets wont work well).
- You will need to have installed:
– A browser (like Google Chrome or Firefox)
– Zoom (some sessions will require to open a Zoom meeting link, so you have to have it installed at your PC or Mac). - Open the Virtual Chair link and log in (use the e-mail address you registered with on the YBNCT website, then there is a 1-time email verification, so check for the sent code in your email).
- Make sure to give Gathertown access to your microphone and camera.
- Get familiar with the platform and the area.
