Abstract: In this study, we performed Monte Carlo simulations to accurately reflect the beam delivery systems including patient-specific irradiation devices of X-ray and proton beam therapies. The dose distributions obtained from the simulations for X-rays or proton beams were successfully combined to the dose distribution of boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT), which was calculated by a treatment planning system called Tsukuba Plan. The results demonstrate the feasibility of dose evaluation for BNCT combined with other radiotherapy modalities using the Tsukuba Plan.
